How MBT Works
MBT is a neuroscience-based habit-pattern program. Measurable transformation requires effort and consistency, but it doesn’t have to be hard!
In each of the focus areas, you will learn how the science behind each method works to change the neuropathways of the brain and body. Next, you will complete small daily shifts in a 21-Day Consistent Habit Practice. Consistency is key here! You can revisit the tools and techniques in the program at ANY time.
On a regular basis, engage and connect with the MBT community filled with like-minded individuals for inspiration and support. Each month, I will connect with the MBT community in a live Q&A coaching session to answer any questions and provide additional support.
With consistency, interrupting current patterns and pathways, and integrating stackable habits into your everyday life, you will transform your life by unlocking a calm brain and body, and start thriving with a crystal clear purpose.
