When does the program start and when do I finish?

You can take this expert program at your own pace! Right now, the program cohort enrollment opens quarterly to give you a supportive, real-time experience. Your program access will begin when the doors open each quarter.

We recommend that you give yourself at least 10-12 weeks to put into practice each of the modules, as this program is a layered, immersive experience.

Although each week is different, the schedule requires roughly 20-40 minutes per day for consistent, measurable transformation.
