Hi, I’m Elizabeth Priller.


As a former burnout junkie who now lives a migraine-free life, I help you facilitate connections between how stress affects your body and mind; and how your values affect the way you spend your time, energy, and resources. My philosophy of care is grounded in a principle of “the body follows the mind”.

In my 20 plus years of professional experience as a nurse, coach, and educator, I know what it is like when your passion runs dry because of stress. I will empower you to develop sustainable stress management to build lifelong resilience; and equip you with methods and strategies to live a calm, thriving, and authentic life!
